Register your return

Register your return and select the product(s) you wish to send back.

Pack it up

Reuse the original packacking (if possible) and secure the item(s) carefully. Seal the package propertly with tape and attach the printed shipping label.

Drop it off

Take your return package to your nearest post office and drop it off there.

Refund

Once we've received your returned package, we'll e-mail you a confirmation & process your refund or invoice adjustment, deducting a return shipping fee of €5.99.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Changed your mind? Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, suitable for testing and inspection.

  • If the product shows unreasonable use, you may be responsible for its reduced value.
